Family-friendly chalet in the mountains
"We were so happy with the location of Coco Chalet. So convenient, especially with kids, to be that close to the chairlift"
The typical Swiss mountain chalet is located only 100 meters from the chairlift Trabanta. Given the chalet's ideal location so close to the lift, it is a family-friendly destination. The Trabanta chairlift takes you in a few minutes up to 2.100 meters and right in the heart of Switzerland's biggest ski area, Les4Vallées. Skischools of Thyon 2000 and Veysonnaz are close.
The chalet is just below the main street of the village of Les Collons at an altitude of 1800 meters. It is a detached holiday home on its own plot of land (approximately 600m2) consisting of garden and sunny terrace and shade can be found as well on warm summer days. With a few chalets nearby and the panorama over the Val d’Hérens, the Dent Blanche and in the distance even the Matterhorn and the Jungfrau are breathtaking.
The village: Les Collons 1800 is a quiet and practical village in the Swiss Alps with a bakery (open during the winter season from 7am for fresh croissants!) a supermarket, some restaurants & bar/cafés , two skishops and a tourist office open all year round. The 'Trabanta' chairlift is at 100 meters from the chalet, so you can call it ' ski in ski out'.
Peace & silence: that's what makes this place so beautiful. In this part of the village, everyone comes to the mountains to enjoy the peace and quiet in the Swiss Alps.
